This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday!, 4-room house 200 m2, spacious and bright, very nice and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2 with TV and air-conditioning. Exit to the patio, to the salt water swimming pool. Flat TV in every room, 5 in total, satellite channels with card compatible.

- 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air-conditioning.

- 1 room with 1 French queen bed, all mattresses are viscolatex with aloe. (150 cm, length 190 cm), air-conditioning.

- 1 room 18 m2 with air-conditioning, 1 French queen bed (150 cm, length 200 cm)

including bed linen and towels, two Shower/WC including shower gel, shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

Large kitchen (4 hotplates ceramic glass hob, oven, dishwasher plus soap, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine (dolce-gusto) plus 16 caps of nesquick and 16 caps of coffee, water filter to drink and cook).

Large terrace, large patio 300 m2, lawn, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers, beach towels.

About the place


You find a very quiet lovely beach in Altea called Platja d`Olla, about 15 minutes drive. Benidorm beaches are sandy and lively, but there are many quieter beaches along the coast and it is fun exploring to find your own favourite. (E. g. the beaches of Altea and Playa de Albir or the beaches of the famous Villajoyosa etc.)


Local golfcourses: Golfclub Real de Faula (2 * 18 holes!) - Golfclub Don Cayo, Altea - Golfclub La Sella, Denia - Golfclub Ifach, Benissa - Golfclub Alicante, Alicante - Golfclub El Plantio, Alicante - Golfclub Bonalba, Mutxamel.

Special Interest

There are many possibilities for snorkeling, for sailing and other watersports. But it is also possible to do nothing. It is very quiet on our plot and there are many private spots, where you can read a book, where you can photograph or enjoy the nature around you.

How to reach there

The nearest airport is El Altet in Alicante, 60km away from Casa Sjengarden. A taxi direct to the villa from the airport costs about 70 euros. There is also an airport bus to Benidorm (about 8 euros) and a taxi from Benidorm to the villa (about 10 euros). However, it is essential to have a hired car when holidaying at Casa Sjengarden.
