You can search for your favorite destinations in the "Destination search" and also use the various search filters to narrow down your search to find the rentals best suited to your needs. All listings on the website are created by individual property owners and you will find abundant details about the rental, amenities offered and the local area. All booking enquiries made by you are forwarded directly to the property owners, who are then expected to respond within 24 hours.

Q. Do I pay you a commission when I book a rental from your website?

A. We don't charge any sort of commission either from the property owner or from the traveler.

Q. What role does the website play in the booking process?

A. We do not play any role in the booking process. Once you narrow down your search and decide on which property to rent, you need to fill the "Contact the owner" form. These details are forwarded directly to the owner and you can expect a response within 24 hours. Once you receive a response to your enquiry we trust you negotiate directly with the property owner and if satisfied, furnish a booking deposit.

Q. How do I search holiday rentals in my desired destination?

A. You can search using the main search box on the home page or using the search panel at the top of each page on the website. You can also use the search filters to find the place best suited to your needs. Search filters are located on the left-hand side of all Country, Region or City pages.

Our search filters help you narrow down your search with the following criteria: Number of sleeps, Bedrooms and Bathrooms, Property type, Suitability and Location theme, Budget and Amenities.

Q. How do I find more information about the local region?

A. Most listings on the website have detailed information about the local region, attractions and a map accurately showing the exact location of the property. But if you still have any questions we would advise you to email the property owner directly and ask for additional information.

A. Most of our listings are fairly detailed and exhaustive but if you still have questions you can email them directly to the property owner using the "Contact the owner" form and expect a response within 24 hours.

Q. How do I make a booking?

A. Once you finalize a property to rent you can send a booking enquiry to the property owner through the listing. If you receive a favorable response you can then speak to the owner over the phone and proceed to book and pay directly to the owner.

Q. What precautions should I take before furnishing a booking deposit?

A. We would like to advise all travelers using our website to first speak with the rental owner directly over the phone and confirm the exact booking dates, communicate effectively the size of the travelling entourage and also take time to discuss any questions or concerns before furnishing a deposit.

Q. What should I do if I do not receive a response to my booking enquiry?

A. We actively encourage all rental owners advertising with us to respond to traveler enquiries within 24 hours. Sometimes property owners may not have access to their email but we do expect you to receive a response within a maximum of 24-48 hours failing which we would like to advise you to search and enquire other properties on the website.

A. Once you've narrowed down your search to a particular property (or a few) that you would be interested to book, you can save your selection for future reference. To save your selection.

A. There are several ways to make the payment which mostly depend on the property owner's preference. Some of the options could include Credit/Debit card, Bank transfers, Paypal or a Cheque.

We strongly advise you not to make any payments through Western Union, Moneygram or through Cash-before-arrival as these payments are untraceable and could expose you to potential fraud.

Q. Is there any scope of negotiation on the price? How do I negotiate the price?

A. Prices mentioned on each listing are deemed to be final but travelers are still welcome to contact the owners through the listing and find out if they are willing to negotiate.
